We begin with an inspection of the garment, fabric, and requested fit. After that, we confirm the scope, price, and expected completion date before any work is approved.
How long do alterations usually take?
The usual turnaround is 4 to 8 business days, depending on the garment and the number of adjustments. We do not promise same-day completion unless capacity has been confirmed after inspection.
What services do you handle most often?
Yes. Zipper replacement, seam repair, lining repair, hemming, waist adjustment, and sleeve-length adjustment are all part of our everyday alteration work.
Can you match the original thread or trim?
Yes. We can review customer-supplied materials, but matching thread, zippers, lining, buttons, lace, or trim depends on availability and is not guaranteed in advance.
Is the garment checked again at pickup?
Yes. Finished garments are checked again at collection, and a small final adjustment can be handled if needed without changing the agreed design.
